Al Huraimel International Investments (AHII) was established in 1988. Over the last 30 years they have generated over AED 150 Million in asset value, through strategically acquiring assets in key locations across the Emirates. They have also expanded their investments into Property & Facility Management.
With over 30 years of experience in planning, developing, managing and financing real estate projects, they are uniquely positioned to partner with investors to develop state of the art real estate projects, to ensure sustained returns and asset preservation the company.

AHII has identified key development opportunities and supervised the execution of a full project development cycle. The company has successfully developed several residential projects across the Emirates.

The company’s property acquisitions include residential buildings, villa compounds and commercial space in key locations across the Emirates, plus the company has a large property portfolio in key freehold locations in Dubai.
Land
AHII holds an active land bank in key locations across the UAE. The company is constantly evaluating development opportunities in these locations and negotiating with partners for joint ventures.
Private Equity
We look at unique opportunities across all segments of the private equity spectrum. We take a life cycle approach to our investments, by taking an active role from entry to exit, with the view of maximizing return to our investors.
